Marc is a serial-founder, investor, and innovation enabler with over 18 years of experience in driving innovation from the perspective of startup, corporate and strategy consulting. At Trust Square, he will support  corporate innovation through adoption of emerging technologies.

Simon leads different digitalization projects. He has a vast experience in live and online marketing, and his technical background makes him the perfect translator between our customers and our developers. 

Sebastian is a hospitality professional who has proofed his passion for hosting our clients by excelling in the international luxury hotel industry in Europe and the US. Conclusively joining the co-working and luxury office segment he now leads the events & operations team at Trust Square.

Corinne has a lot of experience in bookkeeping and as SAP Consultant, helping different companies set up their financial accounting and payroll programs. Tomas Polak is an accomplished application manager, business requirements engineer, integration specialist, and team lead. Tomas is a hands-on problem-solver who thrives on new challenges. He enjoys fostering team growth and is always available to assist you with technical questions.

Cristina, our seasoned marketing specialist with international experience in Europe and China, excels in developing innovative brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and adapt to changing market dynamics. She skilfully combines branding, design, and business acumen to craft impactful and memorable brand experiences, driving growth and success for our organization and clients. 

Viola brings a wealth of experience in building and leading communities and ecosystems in the tech innovation space. Having worked for Startups, Incubators and Accelerators and international organizations, she will now put her relationship building skills to Trust Square . 

Sophie, our allrounder, is equipped with a diverse skillset ranging from accounting, brand management to business development. She recently founded her own business and gained entrepreneurial experience.

Gabriela is a part of our operation team and event organisation. She likes to learn new things and look for the best solutions in every situation. She loves nature and spends every free minute outside with her son and two dogs.

Jenny joined the team as Event & Community Manager, bringing a hospitality and tech background to prioritise attendee experience and focus on all details. Jenny is an outstanding host, finding creative solutions for (almost) any issue or idea.

Yannick's role at Trust Square is to improve internal and external processes and drive internationalization. He brings in both experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem as well as the latest insights from academia thanks to his studies at the University of St. Gallen.

Lulzim is the master of all things facility-related at Trust Square. He keeps everything running smoothly from maintaining our spaces to ensuring every detail is perfect. Hardworking, reliable, and always ready to assist, Lulzim is the backbone of our operations, ensuring an exceptional workspace and environment.

Curious and hands-on business leader with a proven track record of +24 years in key positions at international & Swiss organisations and in-depth understanding of the value drivers and levers in key verticals and horizontal platforms.

Maximilian has 20 years of experience in the digital world. He is a serial entrepreneur in feed production, delivery service, and fashion on demand, with an impact focus on anything he does. 

Entrepreneur with a strong technical background and a passion for optimising, digitising, and automating processes. Having built up multiple tech companies, Sacha brings critical knowledge and experience to Trust Square.
